Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase!  We appreciate your business. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to make things right! Below you will find the  return and refund policy for Olivia Black Hair Co!

Here's the criteria your purchase must meet to be eligible for a refund: :

• You must have purchased the item within {10}calendar days.
•  The item must be unused, in its original condition.
• Reason for return should be that the item is either wrong or a damaged item.
• Please email: admin@oliviablackhairco.com to state and start the process of your return/refund.
• You may receive refund to original method of payment, store credit, or even exchange.
• Final sale items are not eligible for refund. 

 If you’re sending the item back by mail, please allow 1-2 weeks for us to receive the item. Once we receive the item, it will take 3-5 days for us to process the return and initiate the refund. When the return is accepted, we will post the refund to your preferred refund method. If you paid by debit or credit card, please allow an additional 3-5 days for the payment to post to your account.
